Step 1: Decide which piece of equipment you are interested in and schedule a 2 week trial period. We will ship it to you free of charge!

 

Step 2: Try the equipment in-house. See if it works well with your existing components. Let your employees try the equipment and get feedback on issues important to them. Free demo POS software is available from our website for you to download and try.

 

Step 3: Return the equipment and make your decision. We can help you find just the right equipment for your business!

 

Terms of Agreement:

 

Scheduling: Try Before You Buy is limited to a certain number of demonstration models of select products; check with EpicPOS for availability. You can schedule for a 14 day trial period.

 

Payment: Payment for Try Before You Buy can be made by credit card or Paypal account. A non-refundable fee of $24.95 will be charged to your credit card after your reservation is made.

 

Shipment: EpicPOS will pay for shipping in both directions using UPS or FedEx Ground services. If quicker delivery is desired, the customer may request this and pay shipping charges.

 

Packaging: Equipment may not be shipped in original packaging. Included with the demo equipment will be an instruction sheet.

 

Return Shipping: A prepaid return shipping label will be included with the demo equipment. Packing material should be kept and reused for return shipping.

 

Damage Deposit: Credit card authorization will be required for a damage/loss deposit in the amount of the full retail price of the equipment. This deposit will be returned to you in full after EpicPOS has received the product back in the same condition as shipped out.

 

Equipment: Demo models may have blemishes and signs of wear from previous users, but will be in good working condition. Pictures of the item will be taken prior to our shipment. If the item is returned to EpicPOS in worse condition than when sent out, the item will be reshipped to the customer and the deposit will be charged to the credit card. For certain items, customers may have the option of purchasing the demo equipment; please contact us for details.
