In the window that pops up, choose the department you wish to chat with. Type in your name and question and click on "Start Chat". As soon as a Team Member is available, you will receive confirmation that your session has started. You can then enter your question and click "Send". You can close your session at any time by clicking "Close". If you would like to have a transcript of your session, you may click on "Transcript" and have it sent to an e-mail address or choose "print" to create a hard copy.
If our Team is online helping other customers and no one is available to help you immediately, we may ask you to try back later. Just follow the instructions in the chat window. If our Team is currently offline, you can still send us your question. To do this, enter your name, email address and question and click "Submit". A member of our Team will respond to you by email as quickly as possible.
