Shipping/Order Tracking
 
    Which carriers do you use?
        We use UPS Ground Services by default for most deliveries and both UPS Air and FedEx Express by request when a physical address is supplied. We use USPS when only a PO Box is provided.

    Where is my shipment?
        You can track your shipment on the web. Typing your tracking number into your Google search bar will lead you directly to the correct tracking page for the carrier being used.

    Where can I find my tracking number(s)?
        Your tracking number(s) will be issued when your order is shipped. You will be notified via email.

    How long will it take for my order to arrive?
        There are two components involved: time to process your order and travel time once your item has been shipped. We strive to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of order placement. Depending on the type of service you selected and travel distance, transit time can take anywhere from 1 to 6 business days.
